Jesus Christ Superstar (1973): A
Movie - Musical/Drama
Source: http://www.netflix.com

Note: This musical travels to the homeland and uses the ruins to tell the tale of the last days of Jesus Christ. Dressed in the clothes of the age in which it was made, this movie has become a time capsule of the age. The characters are full of emotion. The music is both wonderful and brilliant! I find myself singing the songs regularly. Worth buying.

The Cabin an the Woods (2012): D-
Movie - Horror
Source: http://www.netflix.com

Note: This movie was horrendous, and not in the good way. When friends go to stay at an isolated cabin in the woods, they find themselves guests of a corrupt agency that uses creatures from horror films to kill them. Although it started out like a traditionally bad horror film, for which I can find little fault in and of its self, the movie just gets worse. Unbelievable and just in bad taste, the film suffers from an over-abundance of creatures and not enough storytelling to make me believe that these people would create these circumstances or that the rules made any sense. Don't get me wrong, I'm normally a Joss Whedon fan but this was truly awful. The Cabin in the Woods is barely worth watching on an already paid for service. D-

Golden Years (1991): D-
TV - Science Fiction
Source: http://www.netflix.com

Note: I enjoyed this show when it was first on television. Now it seems a bit over-melodramatic and just plain silly. Still, enjoyable to watch. When a Janitor is accidentally exposed to an explosion, he begins to grow younger and is chased across the country by The Shop, the secret government agency from Firestarter. For any Stephen King fan it is worth watching, though perhaps only for free or through a service that you are already paying for. D-

Erik the Viking (1989): B-
Movie - Fantasy/Comedy - Historical
Source: http://www.netflix.com

Note: If you like comedy, especially British comedy, then you will enjoy this film. A group of Norsemen (one of them Christian) set out by boat on a quest to find the halls of Asgard, wake the gods and bring about the end to the age of Ragnarok. Written and Directed by Terry Jones (Monty Python's Flying Circus), this movie contains several of the cast members of Monty Python. Not hilarious, but amusing nonetheless. Erik the Viking is worth watching in the theater if you can find it there.

Airplane! (1980): B+
Movie - Comedy
Source: http://www.netflix.com

Note: An extremely silly send-up to disaster movies, still funny today. Lines from this film have made their way into our popular culture. The film has many cameos from the time, although some may go unnoticed today. Worth seeing in a theater and, for the true humor fan, worth buying.

An American Werewolf in London (1981): B
Movie - Horror
Source: http://www.netflix.com

Note: Although the delivery of dialog by the main actor can be a bit stilted at times and the special effects can seem a bit cheesy by today's standards, many consider the special effects of this film to be cutting edge for the time. Because of the acting, I can only say that this film is worth watching in the theater, if you can find it there, however many horror fans will consider this to be a groundbreaking film worth buying.

Welcome to I Found it Online! The blog where I provide you with shows (Movies and TV) that I have found online. I have included the source where I watched it, along with any other sources that I could find, so that you can find it too. Please note that the internet is a dynamic place and always changing. This means that just because I saw it from a particular source does not mean that it is still available to view from them. Some are free, others may charge you a fee.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with my work, my ratings are slightly different than the typical 5 stars that you are used to. My ratings are based on the American grading system. A low grade does not necessarily mean that I do not like the product being discussed. My Grading system is as follows:

Films
(A) = Worth Buying.
(B) = Worth seeing in a theater (even if it is not worth buying).
(C) = Worth Renting for full price.
(D) = Worth Renting at discount (or through a one price monthly rental service).
(E) = Worth watching for free (such as on network TV).
(F) = Not Worth Watching.
(NR) = Not yet rated.
I have either not yet seen it or have not formed a solid opinion yet.

t = A "t" after a rating means tentative. The rating may change. This means that I have seen it too long ago or otherwise do not remember it well enough to give it a solid rating. I need to see it again or contemplate more before giving the video a final rating.

Note: certain films may no longer be available to view in theaters.

 TV
(A) = Worth Buying.
(B) = Worth scheduling your time (to watch on normal TV).
(C) = Worth recording on TV or hunting down on the internet.
(D) = Worth watching on a paid-for monthly service.
(F) = Not worth watching.
(NR) = Not yet rated.
I have either not yet seen it or have not formed a solid opinion yet.
